The WMF Ceramill has a stylish design which stands out from the rest, a signature piece of any surface setting. The Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel smooth contoured body fits perfectly into the hand. The grinding mechanism is located at the bottom of the mill and works with a simple turning action, designed to grind effortlessly.If cleaning is needed after use simply empty the contents of the mill and replace with salt and grind. This process will remove the oils produced by the pepper or spice. Once completed unscrew the grinding mechanism and brush away any excess build up of salt. Alternatively you can clean the grinder by wiping with a damp cloth, in doing so the grinder will have to be left to dry for approximately 48 hours before being placed back into the mill. This is to allow any water that has been absorbed to dry out. Please note that this mill is not dishwasher safe.As all WMF products this 19cm mill comes with a guarantee against material defect.
